11 July 2012 While Conducting audit it was found that payment for Employees Provident Fund for the PY09-10 has been made in PY11-12 and no provision for the Employees Provident Fund was made in the PY09-10.Is it right? If not then what should be done?

11 July 2012 hi abhishek i also found such kind of mistake s in many audits.... its a prior period item hence as5 compliance necessry, moreover you also need to check that said amt. was deposited in time or not for CARO compliance.
