PLEASE UPDATE THAT APPLICATION FEE FOR IMPORT LICENCE WHERE THE CIF VALUE OF THE GOODS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICATION DOES NOT EXCEEDS RS. 50 THOUSANDS:- RS. 200.00

IF EXCEEDS RS. 50 THOUSANDS , FEE WILL BE

TWO RS. PER THOUSANDS AND MAXIMUM OF RS. 1 LAKH , HOWEVER, FOR APPLICATION FILED WITH ELECTRONICALLY, THE FEE WOULD BE RS.1 PER THOUSANDS OR PART THEREOF SUBJECT TO MINIMUM RS. 200 (TWO HUNDRED)&
MAXIMUM OF RS. 50,000.00(FIFTY THOUSANDS)

AS PER FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2010-2011 (SEE APPENDIX-21B OF DGFT) .

PLEASE ALSO NOTED THAT THERE ARE NO FEE WILL BE PAID BY CHAPTER-3 OF INCENTIVE TAKEN BY EXPORTER. e.g. focus product , focus market,vkguy (no fee )
