Entitle to remuneration as a working partner

Whether to be a working partner the partner must stay at the place of work of the firm or He/She can be a working partner entitled to Remuneration even he/she is residing out of principal place of business & visits the firm time to time.

to be in the principal place is NOT the deciding factor whether or not the partner is working partner.
