Please advise me the procedure to set up a emplyoee provident fund in India?
Further whethetr a liasion office in India can set up provident fund in case it wants to set up a emplyoee provident fund in India?

Liaison Office setting up EPF in India???
Are the number of employees exceeding the limits specified?
There can be a chance of Foreign Company forming a PE in India which shall result in attribution of profits of foreign Company.
