ek person ko uske employer ne job se nikal dia without any reason us person ne employer pr case dal dia after few year wo case jit gya aur use Rs. 350000/- ka compensation mila.
Kya ye compensation taxable h ya ni under income tax. Ni h to kis section or notification k according.
Plz answer as soon as possible.

Compensation received under termination can be treated u/s.10(10C) subject to conditions satisfied exemption up to Rs.5 Lakhs
