Dear Sir
I have confusion about the Calculation of Employee TDS on salary. My doubt is, if the employee is joined in our company on middle of the F.Y he is working in our company from Dec’13. Now I am considered the salary for calculation of TDS only which the amount is received from our company. Please tell me is it correct or not. If it is wrong why?

if the employee has not provided the details of income earned from previous job, then you have to consider only that part of income that such employee has earned from your company.

you need to compute salary as per the provisions of the Act. I am assuming you are aware of the that part.
For deposit of TDS, you need to pay it vide TDS challan No 281, Tax Code 0021, Type of Payment 200, nature of payment 92B.

Once the challan is paid, you need to file tds return vide form 24Q for each of the quarter. After the end of the year, You can download from 16 from tdscpc.gov.in
