Is there any recent Supreme Court judgement regarding payment of Employee's PF Contribution will be allowed if paid before filing of Income tax return but not paid by the due date?

There is a clear procedure in the Income tax Act itself that statutory payments which is paid by the due date shall only be allowed as business expenditure.
If paid after due date , that will be disallowed for the relevant financial year as business expenses.
If paid after due date , that will be disallowed for the relevant financial year as business expenses.
