My articleship extended by 1 year from October 14 and I want to appear in Nov 14 for 2nd attempt.

no. even if you appear for the attempt, ICAI will withhold the result.

Keeping in view the ICAI rules and regulations now it is not possible for you to appear for Nov 2014 attempt.
