21 September 2011 if a CA person has enter into a merger with other CA,, then that CA can do audit in his own name....The total no of audit will remain to 45 only..

21 September 2011 Ca can do audit in his name only with condition he have its own proprietorial concern otherwise name use will be firm but signing authority will be in personal nature only to the extent of 45 audit only.
