I had started articleship dated on 25th may 2016 . Whether I'm eligible for ' Nov 18' or ' may 19'?

May 19, as you need to be serving the last six months of articleship as on the month of the exam. If your articleship was ending before April 19, you could have appeared in Nov 18.
