is it mandatory to file eform 5 INV if there is no unpaid unclaimed amount lying with the company u/s205C? please anyone clear my doubt.....

Hi
If your balance sheet as on 31.03.2011 and thereafter showing unclaimed amount as refereed under section 205C(2) then it will be mandatory as per Notification dated 10th May 2012 that e Form-5INV will be filed up to 31st July 2012 and for subsequent year with in 90 days from the end of AGM of that year.
In your case if you don't have any unclaimed amount in your book as on 31.03.2011 are thereafter then no need to file such form.
