Effective date of appointment of wtd

I have passed board resolution for appointment of Whole time director and call an EGM in the same meeting for the approval of shareholder for remuneration of wtd as per schedule XIII, please tell me whether the effective date of appointment is the date of board meeting or EGM for filing form 32 and form 25C

Hi
1. Appointment of Whole Time Director will be considered from date of Board Meeting and not from date of shareholders resolution. You will mention the date which is given in Board Meeting resolution for Form-32 and 25C.
2. You will also file form 23 for remuneration of WTD which will be effective date mentioned in shareholders resolution that remuneration will be paid from.........

So, thereafter, will there be any need to approve the appointment in AGM also?

If, you have already approved the same in general meeting then no need to taken it AGM also.
