To avail the exemption on Interest paid towards repayment of an Education Loan, should the Institution be in India? or it can be in a Foreign Country, as well?
And, is the exemption allowed only for Full Time Courses or allowed for part-time courses like CPA from Beckers, etc?

It can be in a foreign country. Deduction is allowed only for full time studies.
