08 January 2014 you can apply as a normal education loan...registration fees, exam fees, a reasonable amount for purchasing study material and equipments such as laptop etc can be covered...however, I doubt if any bank will lend you money for coaching classes.

go and meet any branch of any bank (preferably PSU bank) nearby your home.
