Sir My one Friend Father Has Expired and his family fully dependent for him. he has paid a amount for his brother for higher education so it is tax exempted or not. If yes then kindly given a proper detail so he has save a income tax deduction. if no then given some guideline for relextation in any section. or save income tax

Such payment is not covered u/s 80C.
