11 August 2011 what's the difference between getting articleship from from an average ca & from big4...?? what kind of effects this gonna make on our salary ,working & our demand in the organisations with respect yo our earnings ????&&&&&&&&&&& one more question i wanna ask is that two CA's have passed in third attempt , one is gettin 400000 p.m & another is getting 50000 p.m ?? is that all due to their articleship done from big reputed firms or what ????

I dont foresee any difference whether articleship done from mid or big4.
On getting to any organization they judge based on the knowledge skill ability one possess n portrays, say during Interview.

13 August 2011 Small firm and big 4 what is the difference? In Big 4 your entry time is fixed and exit time is uncertain. All students whether in Big 4 or small or medium firm appear in the same examination and pass the same examination hence all are equal. There is no difference.

As regards salary difference it depends on your luck and your smartness. It also depends on how fair you have done in the interview + your backing.
