11 November 2017 As your stay in India exceed 182 days your income earned in India is taxable in India. Tell me the period of stay.

11 November 2017 salary received from Austria , & salary account also Austria. am just service provided for 240 days in India. ( machine setup & establishment )

11 November 2017 You become tax resident of India (resident but not ordinarily resident) during the financial year if stay exceed 182 days. Your income earned in India for services rendered in India is taxable in India irrespective of where the payment is made.

What is the tax percentage for me ?whether tax credit is eligible ( DTAA) ? exemption ( HRA etc )are allowed for me ? pl. reply

11 November 2017 Being individual slab rates applicable. As per DTAA provisions the income is taxable only in India. Credit can be taken only in Austria. HRA exemption can be claimed.
