18 February 2010 Kindly explain me when e1,e2 transaction take place under CST, who will issue e1,e2 and C form. pl. explain by giving example.

18 February 2010 if the first inter state sales Seller has to give the E1 Form to buyer and buyer has to give the C form to the seller

if the same buyer again making the inter state sales to some other buyer that is called subsequent sale in such case the seller has to give the E2 form to buyer and get C form from buyer

Simply

First Inter state - E1 form

Second and subsequent all sales -E2 form

has to issue by the register dealer
