31 January 2018 If a Registered Person Make Inter-State Supply of Goods, to Multipal Registered Person Of single State by His Own Vehicle, and Value of Supply is less than 50000 for each bill of supply, in this case who will generate e-way bill and the person who is making supply is not register as a trasporter

31 January 2018 How Does the e-way bill will be created by supplier as a supplier of goods, because each bill of supply is made to different registered person and value of each bill is less than rupees 50,000. and the basic condition for creation of e-way bill is that bill value must be greater than 50000, and as per my understanding supplier is not require to create e-way bill in this case because value of each bill to different registered person is less than 50000.
