I using one of the autotrised software to creat FVU files

my question is after using this software and create FUV file with sucessfull whether having another software which is directly check with NSDL...

2 Batch Regular Responsible Person's Mobile Number - - T-FV-2217 Mobile Number of Person Responsible should be provided for the specified Deductor Type.

20 April 2011 See.. the IT deptt. is initiating the process to send SMS regarding the status of quarterly TDS return, therefore they have made this field mandatory.
