what are the consequences if an assesee covered u/s 44AB does not deposit the taxes thru e -payment?

Company will have to make income tax payment online. No other way of depositing tax is available.

I don't think.. bankers will accept any manual tax payment for a company.

Other than e-payment you will not be able to pay taxes.
