Dear Sir,
I am tax consultant I had filled IT for AY 2010-11 on 30/03/2011 and sent IVR with in limit.i.e before 31/07/2011 but it was received at CPC after 31/07/2011 in this case I have got intimation that return is rejected.
Now please guide me. Do I need to send it again or I have to fill revised return.

Since the extended due date expired on 31/7/2011, the return filed on 31/03/2011 has been treated as 'no return filed'. In view of that, you have to e-file the return again and to send the ITR-V of that return to CPC, B'lore if the return is not digitally signed.

Warrier sir is right file that return again and send ITR-V to banglore but Please once call CPC Banglore on Toll free number 18004252229 before filing the return to know the reason of rejection. if it rejected due to time than you have to file it again.

The due date for submission of ITR-V for A.Y. 2010-11 has been extended upto 31.10.2011 or 120 days from the date of upload whichever is later.

Than in this case do i need to fill return again on E Filling or just to send again, or as I already sent will be consider as submitted?
