ONE OF THE MY CLIENT SET OFF THE BASIC EXCISE CENVAT AGAINST PAYABLE BASIC EXCISE AS WELL AS EDU CESS AND H&S EDU CESS IT IS ALLOWABLE AS PER EXCISE RULE OR NOT PLEASE HELP
