is dvat is totaly change from upvat. please tell me . if is the change then wt things are change from dvat

DVAT is as per the Delhi state Govt whereas UPVAT will be according to UP state Govt. Yes both will be seprate from eachother. It is not possible to differentiate total act but if there is any special provisions on which you need help then let us know.
