whether a qualified CA can take both dummy partnership & employment in some other company ? whether dummy partnership will have any effect on his membership?

Once a qualified C.A is employed he is not permitted to practice so the question of dummy partnership does not arise at all. If this comes to the knowledge of the ICAI he may loose is COP
