what was the due date of ST-3 Return for the period 01/04/2013 to 30/09/2013.

what is the late fees calculation formula please tell me in detail.

10 January 2014 Due date was 25/10/2013.

Late fee for delay in filing---

First 15 Days - Rs 500
16-30 days Rs 1000

More than 30 days Rs 1000 + Rs 100 per day beyond 30 days. (Subject to Maximum of Rs 20000/-)
