Due date of filing form ww falls in holiday

29 December 2017 The due date of filing FORM WW under TN VAT act for the FY 2016-17 is 31.12.2017. But 30.12.2017 - Saturday Holiday, 31.12.2017 - Sunday Holiday and 01.01.2018 - Monday - New year holiday. My question is whether any statutory provision in TN VAT if FORM WW is submitted immediately next working day after holidays without interest, penal provisions and avoiding provisions
