Due date for service tax

I am an Individual renting my building. Which is the last date for Service Tax in every month. Suppose collecting Rent after the due date means,what is the system I suppose follow to pay service tax. Explain clearly

Service tax to be paid by an individual on quarterly basis by 6th of following month of every quarter.
