Hello sirs...
I have client, who is partner in a firm which is subject to tax audit. This partner also has a proprietor business which is not liable for audit u/s 44AB. What would be the last date for filing return for the proprietor business....

30th September is the 'due date' as per clause (a) (iii) of explanation 2 of section 139(1) of the Income tax Act,1961.
