is this extension only for tax audit cases? what about private limited companies having turnover less than a crore? what will be the due date applicable for them?

Yes it is applicable only for the cases where Tax Audit is applicable........

For rest of the cases, as you have mentioned, companies which are having the turnover less than the specified limit and other few cases, the due date is 30th Sept.
