Should we file ITR for the Tax audit cases on 30.09.2014, without furnishing the audit report???
If yes means, How can we file the ITR without furnishing the Audit report??

06 September 2014 Ideally you should file both Tax Audit Report and Income Tax Return within 30.09.2014.

In case you are unable to file Tax Audit Report you have time till 30.11.2014 but Income Tax Return should be filed within 30.09.2014. You can submit Income Tax Return without submitting Tax Audit Report.
