25 August 2016 i dont have any illustrate now..i see the figure in balance sheet .u just explain why it is Occur?

25 August 2016 Dear user,

DTL is provison for future tax when accounting income is more and income tax income is less then DTL gets created and on opposite DTA gets created.

25 August 2016 Dear User,

Take a example.

Income as per your books is 500000 and as per income tax act is 400000 then this creates a DTL (I.e future tax liability) . The difference gets generated because of several reason as a eg - Dep rate difference ( While accounting income follow companies act rate and income tax act follow income tax department rate.

I hope now its clear
