Hello, Anybody please tell me the documents required for creation of trust. Where it should be registered? My client has institute which provides education. So I want to know the procedure for creating educational trust. And also he want to purchase a cab for the students, is it necessary that the cab must be registered on the name of trust? Or it cab be on owner's name?please reply its urgent.
