Doubt regarding transfer of articles in first year

06 November 2015 i am presently pursuing articles, i want to transfer from the present CA. My new boss said that, for filing form 109, we have to wait until registration. is it compulsory to wait till the date of receipt of registration

06 November 2015 NO SIR, I SENT FORM 103 ON 6TH OCTOBER.
BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REGISTRATION LETTER YET.
MY REGISTRATION NO. OF IPCC WAS SRO0489245

07 November 2015 at least wait till you get the articleship registration number. Wanting transfer within say first few months itself shows how HASTY was you first decision. Wait for some time at least.

07 November 2015 thank you sir, but the reason for my transfer was change in location. i have to travel nearly 30 kms. hope u understand

07 November 2015 That is ok. No problem.
In normal cases of transfer, 103 sent on 06/10/2015 and before even lapse of 30 days , you are stating "reason of change in location"... This must be then exceptional change.
But please bear with this distance of 30 kms till you get the registration number. All the best.
