Doubt regarding registration of articles

12 November 2015 Respected sir, I have qualified both groups of IPCC in first attempt in may 2015. I have sent form 103 for registration on 08/10/2015 however I am not registered for CA final . I have not received my articleship registration letter. I came to know from my friend that passing two groups in a single attempt requires final registration for articles to be registered. is it compulsary????
