I v cleared CA ths may n m too confused as in whch area to go whch cn help me build a strong and rewarding carrer. I recently joined a manufacturing company(private company)bt m confused over the scope n rewars whch i cn gt after few years. Howz ths area as to start with.

15 August 2011 There are 2 types of employments
1) In Industry
2) In CA firm or professional firm

In industry you can join any type big or small after lapse of 3 - 4 years whatever knowledge you have derived right now will be stagnant as you have to look after the matter of only one company and do not find time to upgrade yourself.

In CA firms you have appear for examination every day as it depends what has happened to cases handled by you if it is in your favour you are pass if it is against you you have failed.
