Sir, interest in excess of 9.5% in RPF should be taken into consideration while calculating Salary of Rent free Accommodation?

Need not consider the excess interest in the term'salary'for computing rent free accomodation because such interest will not come under the term ' any monetary payment' in the meaning of salary given for the specific purpose of perqusite valuation.
