To service tax reverse charge payable
I found this entry at Rajasthan venture capital fund co. bt did not understnd the logic behind it

May be it is a case where the service receiver i.e Rajashtan Capital Venture Fund is liable to pay service tax on the input under reverse charge.That is why they must have done the entry.
You can check with the staff there whethet by service tax receivable they mean input service tax.
