01 June 2011 Pl file e-form 61. Attachments are a detailed application supported by a notarized affidavit executed in a non judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100/-. On approval , ROC will grant you 21 days time to file all pending documents. After all the said documents are approved by MCA portal, status of the company will be changed to 'active' which can be verified through MCA Portal in 'company master data'
