hi....
if the comapny is in dormant status and now want to operate the comapny again..
and the company fails to file the annual returns and other statutory forms to ROC for the last 15 year's (since 1999).
now what's the procedure to make the company's status active and for filing annual returns.what type of forms to be filed and fines will be there.
please consider it and guide me in this matter.

For changing the status of company from 'Dormant' to 'Active' , the dormant company has to e-file Form 61, followed by filing of all the required balance sheets and annual returns in respect of such company.
