can he get sum rebate on Tax.? pl. suggest with section as per IT -1961

05 September 2013 No rebate or benefit is available in Income Tax Act 1961 on donating a property to charitable organisation. In case any sum is paid, deduction can be claimed under the provisions of Section 80G subject to certain restrictions.
