donation given on local puja should be debited under which head and it is tax deductible or not

You can shown it in DOnatin & Charity Exp A/c. It is not deductible at the time of income tax computation. i.e it will be add back.

add to misc. exp/office expense and dont add back to income at time of taxation.. will be allowed... if its a small amount dont bother....
