I am a director and pramoter in a pvt ltd co. can i get dividend ?
If yes than what is the formalities to be done ?

Hi
It will depend on the number of shares and percentage hold by you.
For example, if you are holding 10000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, i.e 10% of paid up capital and the company issued Rs. 2/- per share dividend, then you will be eligible to maximum Rs. 20000/- (Rs 2* 10000).
