Can anyone help me?
Our Private Limited Company has paid Rs. 45000/- more Dividend Distribution Tax through oversight.
Is this amount refundable?
If yes then give me procedure to get refund

No chance for a refund in view of section 115(O)(4) of the IT Act,1961.
