if company declare dividend 28th sep.
last date of return filling 30th sep.
but company has available 14 days for payment of dividend distribution tax as per law.
can company pay dividend tax after the filling return.

The company can pay DDT after 30 the September as per section 115 O(3)of the Income tax Act,1961.
