20 September 2016 On complete dissolution of HUF, can the portion of a member be given to a trust where the member is a 100% beneficiary?

20 September 2016 please try to use the word PARTITION in place of dissolution. ok?
Once partition is over, the member/coparcerner who gets the share can distribute the same the way s/he wants.

16 June 2017 But can it be directly given to such trust where member / coparcener is 100% beneficiary as in other way it might be going in the hands of member / coparcener indirectly?

16 June 2017 If the member so wishes, s/he can request to hand over her/his share directly to any entity of her/his choice. The karta may honour such a request
