Plz tell me the date to be considered for diqulifiction of auditor?
Weather date of agm or any day of that particular financial year for which auditor is appointed?

This date could be any date.
Kindly refer section 226(5) which reads as follows:
226(5) If an auditor becomes subject, after his appointment, to any of the disqualifications specified in sub-sections (3) and (4), he shall be deemed to have vacated his office as such.
