06 August 2010 sir i have a soap named lotus computer. sir humne ak co. main printing machine repair kari.than sir plz tell me will that co. deduct tds or service tax for us and sir if tds deduct plz explain the reason & service tax plz explain the reason also.
plz sir reply me as soon i m confeused about this matter.

06 August 2010 Service tas applicable as Repairs & Maintenance service, if your turnover more than Rs.10 lakh you need to register under service tax and charge service tax on bills
