01 September 2015 CAN PVT LTD COMPANY CAN GIVE TURNOVER DISCOUNT? IS THERE ANY PROVISIONS APPLICABLE FOR GIVING AND NOT GIVING TURNOVER DISCOUNT?

03 September 2015 As far as I know, there is no such provision. Giving discount is a business call which does not require restriction from Companies Act 2013.
