Can anybody tell me that If the name of Company changes in financials year then how it is disclosed in financials.

In Director Report of the Financial Year ending........ you mentioned:
CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COMPANY
During the year there has been a change in the name of the company from ......Private Limited to ...... Private Limited pursuant to resolution passed by the Members of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting dated September ....20. The new name becomes effective by obtaining fresh Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies dated October 6, 20.
In Balance Sheet, you mentioned
XYZ Private Limited
(formerly known as ABC Private Limited)
